After inhuman training sessions of demanding the nigh impossible, we were able to surpass the obstacle known only to man as Ice Walls. With victory assured in our grasp the lightning chains proved to be shockingly smooth.

Proving that an additional slime isn’t enough to keep you safe from our raid group, Yor’sahj the Unsleeping fell victim to a well armed pack of progression hungry wolves.

Congratulations to Wooty on finishing his legendary dagger set after abusing his position as loot master over several months!

With his new found powers to sprout cosmetic wings and slow fall off rooftops, he has become the rogue that Gotham deserves, but not the one it needs right now.

After gearing up on the normal modes and poking around on heroics in the 10mans we have begun our rampage through the 25man version of heroic Dragon Soul. We stopped Morchok and his evil twin in their assault upon the Wyrmrest temple, and now proceed onwards to face the destroyer!

Finishing up with the last thing we were missing this tier with the exception of Heroic Ragnaros. I’m sure everyone will remember the fantastic evenings we spent together trying to do a barrel roll with 25 people running around in circles.

Congratulations to everyone who got a Corrupted fire hawk, which as we all know, is much better then a pureblood fire hawk!

That’s it for Firelands! Next stop will be Dragon Soul, where we will have another meta achievement to have good times with!

We decided to go back to Beth’tilac after we had disposed of the rest of the heroic bosses in the Firelands, hoping that it would work out better then our first week of pain and suffering on her.

This time, with much improved loot and ability to dispose of the suicidal acid spiders properly (mostly), the Red Widow proved to be no challenge, even in her heroic stage.

This guy on heroic proved to be a major pain, sorting the tormented debuff, shard soaking, and countdown while making sure that the tanks and healers didn’t get debuffed along the way turned out to take a decent amount of effort.

But after splitting the raid up into several seperate voice channels so we could yell as much as we wanted at eachother in the groups, we started having decent attempts, and ended up with a frontpage worthy screenshot of the Gatekeeper formerly known as Baleroc.

The first boss in the firelands that requires the raid to be concentrated, but also one of the biggest pushovers we have yet to encounter in this heroic tier.

After getting the raid to spread and gather properly he went down in a single attempt, supplying us with a renewable source of tier 12.5 shoulder tokens!

Because you didn’t have enough junk coming at you in normal mode. Meteors, winds and more giant eggs made sure that everyone had something to do the entire encounter.

Not including the the mandatory wipes due to fire tornados, it only took a few attempts to get the all the mechanics under control, giving us our third heroic kill on 25man!
